Keystone Celebrates the 4th with Products that are U.S. Made, 100% Quality

June 28, 2017

There’s a keystone in every great invention.

The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate — not just with friends, family and backyard barbeques but also with an appreciation of our nation’s rich history. This year, as you light the grill or pack the cooler to celebrate the 241st birthday of America’s independence, let’s all take a moment to reflect on the opportunities we’ve been afforded here and how we can help support the future of U.S. manufacturing through our business choices.

Proud to Support American-Made

Here at Keystone, we’re proud to manufacture quality, U.S.produced electronic interconnect components to many diverse industries. Our catalog includes specially engineered alloys, hardware, and instrumentation to support OEMs, engineers, and American-made manufacturing at large.

Spotlight on Stainless Steel

Among our most popular and versatile American-made products are our “rustless” stainless steel components. Comprised of iron and chromium, these components are constructed of a stainless steel alloy that offer extreme corrosion resistance in nearly any environment. The chromium’s strong affinity for oxygen forms a protective layer of chromium oxide on the surface, making stainless steel one of the most resilient materials available. (Now that’s American!) (1001 Inventions, 564).

Keeping Production in the United States

Further solidifying our commitment to American-made manufacturing, Keystone has moved our warehouse and quality control lab to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in New Hyde Park, NY. This U.S. Green Building Gold Level LEED Certified space is home to our in-house application and design engineers, computer-based quality controls, and over 6,000 guaranteed-defect-free interconnect and electronic products.
