December 2014 - Newsletter - Vol. 2
Welcome to the Keystone Electronics Monthly Newsletter.
New Product Spotlights
New High Current "True" Zero ohm SMT Jumpers

A new series of high current "True" Zero ohm SMT Jumpers which were designed to replace "Zero" ohm resistors without changing board designs or layouts are now available.

Manufactured from Copper with Silver plate, these jumpers provide a low impedance and profile circuit linkage with an identical footprint as a zero ohm resistor. Ideal for high-density, high current PCB packages on power and aluminum backplanes, the jumpers accommodate all PCB soldering applications including reflow.

Three resistor chip sizes are offered to simplify designs and footprint template compatibility: 0603 chip size, Cat. #5110; 0805 chip size, Cat. #5106 and 1206 chip size, Cat. #5108. Packaging is on tape and reel per ANSI/EIA-481 standard for compatibility with most vacuum pick and place assembly systems.
